Reviews - What do our customers think?
A Compelling and unintentional answer to "The Secret"   Jan 15, 2008
Chances are that as the fad of "The Secret" uses up its 15 minutes of fame and fades in a few months, some of this review might become obsolete. However, I'll begin with it anyhow. This book which embraces the philosophy of behavior changing thoughts and feelings presents a significantly more credible approach to improving one's situation in life than books like the Secret which at best seem to promote some strong "wishful thinking". This book concretizes the human struggle for happiness, particularly in the midst of difficult life situations and how to approach these problems more successfully. It's not a perfect read, in particular I think the appendix defending behavioral psychology in the light of faith could have been written better. However as a whole this book was a very useful read.
