| I stumbled across this book somewhat by accident, but I now count it a blessing and very helpful resource as I work through my grief. The author is a trained Christian counslor, but has also felt the personal pain of loseing a spouse. The short chapters each deal with a particular aspect and seem to be arranged more by how they came upon the author than through a theraputic organization. To me, this arrangement seemed to make the material more real and genuine. Sometimes it is several days before I can take another "dose" of this medicine, but I feel I'm getting better through this treatment.
