This is a terrific book and an easy one to read. The content, format and manner Thelma Wells uses in communicating some very practical and totally tested biblical approaches to responding to life is often humorous and always positively impacting.
Thelma's transparency about her own life enables us to readily relate and know we're reading / listening to advice from
someone who's been there, has the t-shirts and can help us avoid learning the hardway. I'm signing up to win and have selected sections I'm sharing with my children and grandchildren as well. Before this book, my all time favorite from
Thelma's writing was God Is Not Through with Me Yet: Holding On to the One Who Holds You Close

| Let me start out by saying that I love Thelma Wells. I heard her at a Woman of Faith Conference and she was just so encouraging and had quite the sense of humor. That shines through in this book as she offers encouragement for women to stand against discouragement and depression. In Don't Give In...God Wants You to Win, Wells teaches how to prepare for spiritual victory by putting on the armor of God - as she says, "Thelma Style".
