| We are in the middle of this one and are really enjoying it! My 6 1/2 year old son really likes these stories! The illustrations are beautiful and the "growing time" section after each story tells interesting facts, asks questions and helps your child apply the lessons to his/her own life. | I haven't gotten a chance to listen to all of the cds, but from what I've heard so far I really like. Some of the stories are told from a characters perspective (what Francine Rivers is so well known for!), the only thing I would say is that its probably a little over my 5 year olds head for that reason (she doesn't understand why Mariam is telling Moses' story, etc) but I play them for her at night anyway- what can it hurt??? | This book is really wonderful. It tells they story about Bible characters. It covers a lot of information that is not touched on in the typical books of Bible stories. It brings out the lesser known stories and covers the common ones from a different prespective.
